In skillet, brown sausage.Once the sausage is cooked addthe marinara to the skillet
Cut mozzarella and set aside
In a bowl, mix Parmesan and ricotta together
On a baking sheet place 4 ramekins (these are my favorite – if you are going to a party too) and spoon a thin layer of meat sauce into each of the ramekins
Add cup of ricotta into each ramekin
Add 1/2 cup of meat sauce
Top with mozzarella.Place under broiler for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
