Line a baking sheet parchment paper or wax paper.
Mix together the first 6 ingredients until the mixture is smooth and blended using an electric mixer.
Place mixture in freezer for about 20 minutes until it is firm enough to form into balls (leave in bowl)
In another small bowl, combine pecans, sweetener, and cinnamon and stir together. Set aside.
With the chilled mixture use your hands or a small cookie scoop to form a ball (bite sized)
Roll each cheesecake ball in the coating until it is evenly coated, place back on the parchment paper.
